Don't Compress Me

I hear Netflix is on its way toward phasing out DVDs. Come on, man. DVD video is already compressed. Streaming video is invariably much worse. I want to see Gotham City in all its dark, subtle, menacing glory, not as a series of sharply differentiated gray blocks. At least offer me a choice between quality and instant gratification.
